Helen (registered with the YTT as yoga elder) is a nomadic yoga and embodied movement teacher. She has been holding classes, seminars, retreats and trainings for 22 years
Helen’s aim is to invite a lightness of being and joy to our movement practice and to encourage others to listen and respond to natural inner impulses. This approach encourages the practitioner to create a strong relationship to the ground, the breath and to awakening the spine.
Her love for Leonidio was sparked by a road trip in 2018, and in 2022 Studio CoCa was born as a community space for movement lovers and artists. Inspired by the co-founder and community ideas of Kynourio Soma, Helen joined forces and became a founding member.
